14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 14, lines 7-10, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  referral to a county health department, and, if
18  required under Department of Corrections protocols and United
19  States Department of Health and Human Services treatment
20  guidelines for an inmate known to be HIV-positive, a 30-day
21  supply of all HIV/AIDS-related medications that the inmate is
22  taking prior to release.
