11  Senator Sanderson moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 14, lines 5-10, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 6.  Section 475.628, Florida Statutes, is
18  amended to read:
19         475.628  Professional standards for appraisers
20  registered, licensed, or certified under this part.--Each
21  appraiser registered, licensed, or certified under this part
22  shall comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional
23  Appraisal Practice.  Statements on appraisal standards which
24  may be issued for the purpose of clarification,
25  interpretation, explanation, or elaboration through the
26  Appraisal Foundation shall also be binding on any appraiser
27  registered, licensed, or certified under this part. Appraisers
28  may use any recognized appropriate appraisal methodology, in
29  compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional
30  Appraisal Practice and applicable Statements issued through
31  the Appraisal Foundation, including, but not limited to, cost,
