14         On page 14, between lines 26&27 of the bill

16  insert:  
17         Section 10.  Section 704.08, Florida Statutes, is
18  amended to read:
19         704.08  Cemeteries; right of ingress and egress for
20  visiting or maintenance.--The relatives and descendants of any
21  person buried in a cemetery, and members of any not-for-profit
22  organization whose purpose include the preservation of
23  Florida's history, shall have an easement for ingress and
24  egress for the purpose of visiting the cemetery at reasonable
25  times and in a reasonable manner.  The owner of the land may
26  designate the easement.  If the cemetery is abandoned or
27  otherwise not being maintained, such relatives and
28  descendants, and members of any not-for-profit organization
29  whose purposes include the preservation of Florida's history,
30  may request the owner to provide for reasonable maintenance of
31  the cemetery, and, if the owner refuses or fails to maintain
