  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to governmental efficiency;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation to provide a response system for

  5         the determination of consumers' interests;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation to provide an effective and efficient response

12  system for the determination of consumers' interests.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
