15 On page 4, between lines 1 and 2 of the amendment

18 Section 5. The Department of Transportation shall
19 report monthly to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of
20 the House of Representatives, and the Majority and Minority
21 Leaders of each house of the Legislature on the utilization of
22 minority business enterprises and disadvantaged business
23 enterprises in projects funded from the implementation of this
24 act and the transportation economic stimulus appropriations
25 and provisos in House Bill 31-B or similar legislation enacted
26 at the 2001 Special Session B.
