On Page: 026             Deletes funding for the FAMU and FIU Law Schools and
                         restores funding for the Ticket to Work Program;
Spec App:  116           restores the physician 1% rate reduction; restores the
                         Rural Hospital Financial Assistance Program; decreases
                         the reduction in the Pharmaceutical Expense Assistance
                         Program; and provides funds to eliminate the nursing
                         home county billing increase required in SB 26B.
