14 On page 30, lines 13-16, delete those lines

16 and insert: from Department of Defense contracts or contracts
17 for products for military use which contracts were approved by
18 the Department of Defense or the United States Department of
19 State over the applicant's last fiscal year, and must have
20 derived not less than 80 percent of its gross receipts in this
21 state from Department of Defense contracts or contracts for
22 products for military use which contracts were approved by the
23 Department of Defense or the United States Department of State
24 over the 5 years preceding the date an application
