  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to economic development;

  3         expressing the intent of the Legislature to

  4         promote economic development, job creation, and

  5         economic well-being; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact legislation to foster economic development in the state

12  and to enact policies that promote economic well-being for the

13  residents of the state.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
