  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to governmental organization;

  3         transferring the Capitol Police from the

  4         support program in the Department of Management

  5         Services to the Department of Law Enforcement;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Division of Capitol Police is

11  transferred from the support system program in the Department

12  of Management Services to the Department of Law Enforcement by

13  a type two transfer as defined in section 20.06, Florida

14  Statutes.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
