  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to create an exemption

  4         from public-records requirements in response to

  5         acts of terrorism; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  create an exemption from public-records requirements in

11  response to acts of terrorism.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
