  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the aerial application of

  3         pesticides or chemicals; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to provide for the

  5         regulation thereof; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to provide for the

11  regulation of the aerial application of pesticides or

12  chemicals.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
