  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to sentencing; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to provide for the

  4         reclassification of offenses that are committed

  5         in furtherance of terrorism; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to provide for the

11  reclassification of offenses that are committed in furtherance

12  of terrorism.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
