12  amendment to amendment (763234):

15         On page 2, lines 6-14, delete those lines

17  and insert:  and issuing the plates have been recovered.
18  Thereafter, 50 percent of the annual use fees shall be
19  distributed to the American Red Cross Chapter of Central
20  Florida, with statistics on sales of license plates, which are
21  tabulated by county. The American Red Cross Chapter of Central
22  Florida must distribute to each of the chapters in this state
23  the moneys received from sales in the counties covered by the
24  respective chapters, which moneys must be used for education
25  and disaster relief in Florida. Fifty percent of the annual
26  use fees shall be distributed proportionately to the three
27  statewide approved poison control centers for purposes of
28  combating bio-terrorism and other poison-related purposes.
