fully restore the reductions in Specific Appropriations 82, 83, and 84.

On Page 105, insert a new section 40 and renumber subsequent sections of 
the bill:

Section 40.  $50,800,000 is hereby transferred from the Budget
Stabilization Fund to the General Revenue Fund.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
