Explanation:
Transfers $113 million from the Budget Stabilization Fund to the General
Revenue Fund.  Appropriates $113 million from non-recurring General Revenue
to replace funding reductions in the State University System.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 100A, DELETE:

The  funds  provided  in  Specific Appropriation 100A shall be allocated
proportionate  to  each university's base allocation of General Revenue,
Education  Enhancement  Trust  Funds,  and  E & G Student and Other Fees
Trust   Funds  as  reflected  in  the  2001-02  Allocation  Summary  and
Workpapers for the State University System of Florida.

and insert in lieu thereof:

The funds appropriated in Specific Appropriations 100A and 112A shall be
allocated to replace reductions appropriated in Specific Appropriations
99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, and 112. 


        In Section 40  On Page 105

On Page 105, insert a new section 40 and renumber subsequent sections of 
the bill:

Section 40.  $113,000,000 is hereby transferred from the Budget
Stabilization Fund to the General Revenue Fund.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
