Explanation:
Transfers $250 million from the Budget Stabilization Fund to the General
Revenue Fund to provide non-recurring replacement funds for the FEFP
reduction included in Specific Appropriation 46.

Following Specific Appropriation 46A, INSERT:

The funds in Specific Appropriation 46A are provided to restore funding
to the Florida Education Finance Program in the same manner in which
they were deducted for Specific Appropriation 46.

        In Section 40  On Page 105

On page 105, insert a new Section 40 and renumber subsequent sections of 
the bill.

SECTION 40.  $250,000,000 is hereby transferred from the Budget
Stabilization Fund to the General Revenue Fund.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
