Explanation:
Transfers $32,500,000 from the Budget Stabilization Fund to the General
Revenue Fund. Restores funding reductions in community colleges with
non-recurring funds.

In Section 9 , on Page 103, INSERT a new section 40 and renumber
subsequent sections of the bill.
SECTION 40. $32,500,000 is hereby transferred from the Budget
Stabilization Fund to the General Revenue Fund.
