Explanation:
Transfers $45 million from the Budget Stabilization Fund to the General
Revenue Fund to restore the Medically Needy Program for Adults.

        In Section 40  On Page 105

INSERT A NEW SECTION 40:

SECTION 40.  $45 million is hereby transferred from the Budget
Stabilization Fund to the General Revenue Fund to restore reductions in
this act in the following area, for the 2001-2002 fiscal year: Eliminate
Coverage for Adults in the Medically Needy Program.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
