15 On page 3, between lines 2 and 3 of the bill

17 insert: (3) The standard in paragraph (c) of subsection (5)
18 of section 230.23, Florida Statutes, requiring the adopted
19 district school board budget to include a reserve to fully
20 fund an additional 5 percent supplement for school
21 administrators and instructional personnel need not be met
22 until June 30, 2003.
