14 Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 3, between lines 2 and 3 of the bill

17 insert: (3) The standard in subsection (1) of section
18 235.061, Florida Statutes, requiring State Board of Education
19 rules to prohibit the use as classrooms of relocatables that
20 fail to meet the standards need not be met until July 1, 2003.
21 (4) The standard in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of
22 section 235.062, Florida Statutes, for student stations in
23 relocatable facilities exceeding 20 years of age need not be
24 met until July 1, 2004.
