11  Senator Clary moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 7, line 18, after the period,
15  
16  insert:  For each jurisdiction that has not adopted the
17  required ordinance by January 1, 2002, the Department of
18  Community Affairs shall adopt, by emergency rule under section
19  120.54(4), Florida Statutes, a map delineating the wind speed
20  lines of the jurisdiction according to the parameters of this
21  section. This map shall govern the location of wind speed
22  lines under the Florida Building Code until 60 days after the
23  effective date of the jurisdiction's ordinance.
