  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to homeland defense; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact legislation to

  4         provide for a homeland defense support team;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation to provide for a homeland defense support team.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
