11 The Committee on Criminal Justice recommended the following

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, lines 16-18, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (2) Any person who violates this section commits a
19 misdemeanor of the second degree. For the first offense, a
20 violation shall be punished by fine only in an amount not to
21 exceed $5,000. For the second offense, a violation shall be
22 punished by fine only in an amount not to exceed $10,000. A
23 third or subsequent offense is punishable as provided in s.
24 775.082 and by a fine in the amount of $10,000.
