  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education funding; repealing

  3         paragraph 7 of proviso language for Specific

  4         Appropriation 118, ch. 2001-253, Laws of

  5         Florida, which provides for calculation of a

  6         minimum guaranteed level of funding for school

  7         districts; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Paragraph 7 of the proviso language for

12  Specific Appropriation 118 of chapter 2001-253, Laws of

13  Florida, is repealed.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
