15         On page 1, line 26, after the period

17  insert:  However, any contracts between the authority and a

18  private service provider for disadvantaged transportation

19  services in effect as of July 1, 2002, shall remain in effect

20  and be assigned or transferred to the successor community

21  transportation coordinator by the authority.
