  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to ethics; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to revise the laws relating

  4         to ethics in government; providing an effective

  5         date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

10  relating to ethics in government.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
