1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to the South Trail Fire
3 Protection and Rescue Service District, Lee
4 County; providing for deannexation of certain
5 lands currently included within the district;
6 providing an effective date.

8 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10 Section 1. The following lands in Lee County are
11 hereby deannexed and excluded from the boundaries of the South
12 Trail Fire Protection and Rescue Service District:
13
14 That portion of Section 29, Township 45 South,
15 Range 26 East which is more particularly
16 described as follows:

18 From the East quarter of said Section 29,
19 thence S.00°01'11"W. for 1201.08 feet along the
20 East line of said Section 29 to the Point of
21 Beginning; thence depart said East line and run
22 S.54°00'06"W. for 2902.43 feet through said
23 Section 29 to an intersection with the South
24 line of said Section 29; thence Easterly along
25 the South line of said Section 29 to the
26 Southeast corner of said Section 29; thence
27 Northerly along the East line of said Section
28 29 to the Point of Beginning.

8 the Easterly line of a 100-foot wide roadway
9 and public utility right-of-way (ROW) as

22 the Easterly line of a 100-foot wide roadway
23 and public utility right-of-way (ROW) as
