  2         An act relating to Lafayette County; repealing

  3         chapter 80-518, Laws of Florida, which created

  4         the Lafayette County Recreation Board;

  5         transferring assets and liabilities of the

  6         board to the Board of County Commissioners;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Chapter 80-518, Laws of Florida, is

12  repealed.

13         Section 2.  All assets and liabilities of the Lafayette

14  County Recreation Board are hereby transferred to the Board of

15  County Commissioners of Lafayette County.

16         Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
