  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to telecommunications

  3         facilities; declaring legislative intent with

  4         respect to security of such facilities;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the security of

11  telecommunications facilities.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
