  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to electric utilities;

  3         declaring legislative intent with respect to

  4         security of such utilities; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the security of electric

11  utilities.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
