18         Section 12.  The Florida Black Business Investment

19  Board, Inc., shall report to the Governor, the President of

20  the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by

21  February 1, 2003, on the feasibility of including minority

22  business enterprises, as defined under section 288.703,

23  Florida Statutes, within the programs, services, and

24  activities of the Florida Black Business Investment Board,

25  Inc., and the black business investment corporations. The

26  report shall include recommendations on a funding level

27  necessary to expand the scope of such programs, services, and

28  activities to include other minority business enterprises in

29  addition to black business enterprises.
