  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to water conservation;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise the

  4         laws relating to water conservation; providing

  5         an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

10  relating to water conservation.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
