12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 1, between lines 9 and 10,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 1.  Paragraph (f) is added to subsection (15)

19  of section 121.021, Florida Statutes, to read:

20         121.021  Definitions.--The following words and phrases

21  as used in this chapter have the respective meanings set forth

22  unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context:

24         (f)  Effective October 1, 2002, the term "special risk

25  member" includes any member employed as a Federal Aviation

26  Administration-licensed pilot by a municipality, county,

27  special district, or state agency authorized to provide

28  mosquito control services whose duties include piloting for

29  the purpose of mosquito control treatment as set forth in s.

30  121.0515(2)(h).
