15 On page 1, lines 25-26, delete those lines

17 and insert: counsels with eligible student loans.
18 (2) For purposes of this section, the term "eligible
19 student loan" means a loan that was issued pursuant to the
20 Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended or as may be amended,
21 to an assistant state attorney, assistant public defender, or
22 assistant capital collateral counsel to fund his or her law
23 school education.
