14 On page 4, between lines 25 and 26,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Funds shall be transferred quarterly,
18 beginning July 1, 2002, by the Department of Management
19 Services, from the Supervision Trust Fund, to the Florida
20 Department of Law Enforcement for the purpose of funding the
21 Capitol Police program. Funds are provided from the office
22 space rental receipts assessed to tenant agencies in the
23 Florida Facilities Pool, based on the rental assessment
24 mandated in section 255.51, Florida Statutes. Transfers shall
25 be based on the existing rental rate on July 1, 2002, unless
26 otherwise appropriated by the Legislature.
