15         On page 1, lines 17-25, delete those lines

17  and insert:  agency shall have the power to inspect, during

18  normal business hours, the records of any pharmacy, wholesale

19  establishment, or manufacturer, or any other place in the

20  state in which drugs and medical supplies are manufactured,

21  packed, packaged, made, stored, sold, or kept for sale, for

22  the purpose of verifying the amount of drugs and medical

23  supplies ordered, delivered, or purchased by a provider. The

24  agency shall provide at least 2 business
