14         On page 47, line 25, through

15            page 48, line 2, delete those lines

17  and insert:  of Legal Affairs shall have the power to inspect,

18  during normal business hours, the records of any pharmacy,

19  wholesale establishment, or manufacturer, or any other place

20  in the state in which drugs and medical supplies are

21  manufactured, packed, packaged, made, stored, sold, or kept

22  for sale, for the purpose of verifying the amount of drugs and

23  medical supplies ordered, delivered, or purchased by a

24  provider. The agency or Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the

25  Department of Legal Affairs shall provide at least 2 business

26  days' prior notice of any such inspection. The notice must

27  identify the provider whose records will be inspected and the

28  inspection shall include only records specifically related to

29  that provider.
