  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Medicaid; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to revise laws governing the

  4         recovery of Medicaid overpayments; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  governing the recovery of Medicaid overpayments.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
