  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to telecommunications access

  3         charges; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise the laws relating to the supply of

  5         telecommunications access charges; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

11  relating to telecommunications access charges.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
