14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 18 and 19, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:

18         (c)  Ship or receive for any purpose an embryo produced

19  by human cloning or any product derived from such embryo;

20  provided, however, this paragraph shall not prohibit the act

21  of entering this state after having received any medical

22  treatment, including impregnation with an embryo produced by

23  human cloning, if such treatment was lawfully received in

24  another jurisdiction.
