18         (4)  This section does not prohibit a corporation doing

19  business in Florida which is registered in or under the

20  jurisdiction of another state or foreign jurisdiction where a

21  minimum wage is required from following the laws of that other

22  state of foreign jurisdiction with respect to a minimum wage.
