  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Enrique Valledor Way designated; Department

12  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of 22nd Street from 16th Avenue to

14  14th Avenue in the City of Miami in Miami-Dade County is

15  hereby designated as "Enrique Valledor Way."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Enrique Valledor Way as

18  described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  (1)  The new Rose Bay bridges on U.S.

20  Highway 1, between the Cities of New Smyrna Beach and Port

21  Orange, are dedicated in honor of United States military

22  personnel who were prisoners of war (POW's) or who are missing

23  in action (MIA's).

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

25  erect suitable markers designating the dedication in honor of

26  POW's and MIA's.

27         Section 3.  (1)  That portion of I-275 which begins at

28  the Pinellas County end of the Howard Franklin Bridge and,

29  proceeding south, ends at the beginning of the Sunshine Skyway

30  Bridge is designated as the "St. Petersburg Parkway."

  1         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

  2  erect suitable markers designating the "St. Petersburg

  3  Parkway" as described in subsection (1).

  4         Section 4.  "Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms

  5  Special Agent Ariel Rios Memorial Way."--

  6         (1)  Northwest 87th Avenue in Miami-Dade County from

  7  N.W. 41st Street to N.W. 52nd Street is designated "Bureau of

  8  Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Special Agent Ariel Rios

  9  Memorial Way".

10         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

11  erect suitable markers.

12         Section 5.  "Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms

13  Special Agent Eddie Benitez Memorial Way."--

14         (1)  Northwest 87th Avenue in Miami-Dade County from

15  N.W. 52nd Street to N.W. 58th Street is designated "Bureau of

16  Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Special Agent Eddie Benitez

17  Memorial Way".

18         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

19  erect suitable markers.

20         Section 6.  Temple Terrace Parkway.--

21         (1)  Notwithstanding section 334.071, Florida Statutes,

22  and chapter 67-789, Laws of Florida, State Road 580 within the

23  city limits of Temple Terrace, from the intersection of Busch

24  Boulevard and Overlook Drive through 56th Street, is renamed

25  "Temple Terrace Parkway."

26         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

27  erect suitable street signs indicating that the portion of

28  State Road 580 described in subsection (1) has been officially

29  renamed "Temple Terrace Parkway."

30         Section 7.  Martin L. King, Jr., Drive designated;

31  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

  2  Road 436 in Orange County is hereby designated as Martin L.

  3  King, Jr., Drive.

  6  Jr., Drive as described in subsection 1.

  7         Section 8.  "Judge Steve Levine Boulevard" designated;

  8  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

  9         (1)  That portion of U.S. 1 between S.W. 216 Street and

10  S.W. 232 Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby designated as

11  Judge Steve Levine Boulevard.

12         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

13  erect suitable markers designating Judge Steve Levine

14  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

15         Section 9.  Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge designation;

16  markers.--

17         (1)  The new U.S. Highway 27 bridge in the City of

18  Moore Haven in Glades County is hereby designated as the

19  "Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge."

20         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

21  erect suitable markers designating the "Mamie Langdale

22  Memorial Bridge" as described in subsection (1).

23         Section 10.  Veterans Memorial Bridge designation;

24  markers.--

25         (1)  Bridge number 550122 on Thomasville Road in the

26  City of Tallahassee in Leon County is hereby designated as the

27  "Veterans Memorial Bridge."

28         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

29  erect suitable markers designating the "Veterans Memorial

30  Bridge" as described in subsection (1).

  3         (1)  U.S. Highway 17 from Wauchula to Bowling Green is

  6  erect suitable markers designating the "Doyle Parker Memorial

  7  Highway" as described in subsection (1).

  8         Section 12.  Lynn Haven Parkway designation; markers.--

  9         (1)  That portion of State Road 77 between Baldwin Road

10  and Mowat School Road in the City of Lynn Haven in Bay County

11  is hereby designated as the "Lynn Haven Parkway."

12         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

13  erect suitable markers designating the "Lynn Haven Parkway" as

14  described in subsection (1).

15         Section 13.  John S. "Steve" Dennard Bridge

16  designation; markers.--

17         (1)  The New River Bridge (bridge number 390031) on

18  State Road 16 in Bradford and Union Counties is hereby

19  designated as the "John S. 'Steve' Dennard Bridge."

20         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

21  erect suitable markers designating the "John S. 'Steve'

22  Dennard Bridge" as described in subsection (1).

23         Section 14.  Ed Fraser Memorial Highway designation;

24  markers.--

25         (1)  State Road 121, from the Georgia-Florida line in

26  Baker County to the city limits of Lake Butler in Union

27  County, is hereby designated as the "Ed Fraser Memorial

28  Highway."

29         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

30  erect suitable markers designating the "Ed Fraser Memorial

31  Highway" as described in subsection (1).

  3         (1)  That portion of State Road 16 from the

  4  northwestern city limits of Starke in Bradford County to State

  5  Road 121 in Union County is hereby designated as the

  6  "Correctional Officers Memorial Highway."

  7         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

  8  erect suitable markers designating the "Correctional Officers

  9  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

10         Section 16.  Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway

11  designation; markers.--

12         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 41 located in White

13  Springs in Hamilton County is hereby designated as the "Martin

14  Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway."

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating the "Martin Luther King,

17  Jr., Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

18         Section 17.  Purple Heart Memorial Highway designation;

19  markers.--

20         (1)  Interstate 75 from the Georgia-Florida state line

21  to the city limits of Ocala in Marion County is hereby

22  designated as the "Purple Heart Memorial Highway."

23         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

24  erect suitable markers designating the "Purple Heart Memorial

25  Highway" as described in subsection (1).

26         Section 18.  Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway

27  designation; markers.--

28         (1)  Highway 417 in Seminole County is hereby

29  designated as the "Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway."

  9         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

10  erect suitable markers designating the "Jerome A. Williams

11  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).

12         Section 20.  "Veterans Memorial Highway" designation;

13  markers.--

14         (1)  That portion of State Road 100, beginning at the

15  western city limits of the Town of Flagler Beach in Flagler

16  County and continuing east to the eastern city limits of the

17  Town of Bunnell, is hereby designated as the "Veterans

18  Memorial Highway."

19         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

20  erect suitable markers designating the "Veterans Memorial

21  Highway" as described in subsection (1).

22         Section 21.  Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr.,

23  U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway designated.--

24         (1)  That portion of State Road 19 in Lake County from

25  the north end of Lake County to the intersection of State Road

26  19 and Highway 441 in Eustis is hereby designated as the

27  "Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor

28  Memorial Highway."

29         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

30  erect suitable markers designating the Private Robert M.

  6         (1)  That portion of U.S. 1 between S.W. 136th Street

  7  and S.W. 186th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby

  8  designated as Steven Cranman Boulevard. The Department of

  9  Transportation is directed to erect suitable markers

10  designating Steven Cranman Boulevard as described in this

11  subsection.

12         (2)  That portion of S.W. 186th Street between U.S. 1

13  and S.W. 107th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is hereby

14  designated as Ethel Beckford Boulevard. The Department of

15  Transportation is directed to erect suitable markers

16  designating Ethel Beckford Boulevard as described in this

17  subsection.

18         Section 23.  "Phicol Williams Boulevard" designated;

19  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

20         (1)  That portion of State Road 5 (U.S. 1) between S.W.

21  312th Street and S.W. 328th Street in Miami-Dade County is

22  hereby designated as Phicol Williams Boulevard.

23         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

24  erect suitable markers designating Phicol Williams Boulevard

25  as described in subsection (1).

26         Section 24.  "Arthur Mays Boulevard" designated;

27  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

28         (1)  That portion of S.W. 112 Avenue from U.S. 1 to

29  S.W. 230 Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby designated as

30  Arthur Mays Boulevard.

18  County, from N.W. 7th Avenue to Griffin Boulevard, is hereby

19  designated as Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard.

20         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

21  erect suitable markers designating Toussaint L'Ouverture

22  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

23         Section 27.  "Frederick Douglass Boulevard" designated;

24  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

25         (1)  State Road 915 on N.E. 6th Avenue in Miami-Dade

26  County, from the north boundary of State House District 108 to

27  U.S. 1, is hereby designated as Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

28         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

29  erect suitable markers designating Frederick Douglass

30  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
