  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the film industry; declaring

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to film industry contracts with the

  5         state; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation concerning film industry contracts with this

11  state.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
