14  Remove everything after the enacting clause

16  and insert:

17         Section 1.  Section 283.551, Florida Statutes, is

18  created to read:

19         283.551  Unsolicited distribution of general reports by

20  mail prohibited; exceptions.--

21         (1)  No agency of the state shall provide any general

22  unsolicited report by United States Postal Service mailing or

23  other method of delivery to any person in the state.

24         (2)  The provisions of subsection (1) shall not apply

25  with respect to reports posted on the Internet or reports sent

26  by e-mail computer transmission.

27         (3)  The provisions of subsection (1) shall not apply

28  with respect to notifications, registrations, regulatory

29  information provided to affected persons, and to other

30  information which is permitted by law to be disseminated by

31  the agency.
