15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:

18         (3)  Notifications, registrations, and other matters

19  which are required by law to be mailed by the government

20  agency may be posted on the Internet or sent by e-mail

21  computer transmission in lieu of being mailed.

22         (4)  Any requirement for the provision of an annual

23  report by a state agency may be provided by posting on the

24  agency website.
