14         On page 1, lines 21 through 26,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  (1)  Unless otherwise authorized by law, no

18  agency shall mail an unsolicited copy of a general report or

19  newsletter by United States Postal Service, or other method of

20  delivery, except e-mail, to any person, including an elected

21  or appointed officer or governmental employee, or to any state

22  or local governmental entity. Nothing in this section applies

23  to regulatory newsletters provided to affected persons or to

24  reports or newsletters relating to the prevention or treatment

25  of disease or injury.
