13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 10, lines 1-10,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  in this act. Any trainer approved pursuant to

18  this act shall be considered to be an approved trainer for the

19  purposes of meeting the Alzheimer's training requirements for

20  any entity licensed under chapter 400, Florida Statutes. Any

21  training curricula approved pursuant to this act shall be

22  considered to meet the Alzheimer's training requirements for

23  any entity licensed under chapter 400, Florida Statutes,

24  except that the approved training curricula shall be

25  considered to meet only a part of the Alzheimer's training

26  requirements for assisted living facilities licensed under

27  part III of chapter 400, Florida Statutes. A trainer shall

28  submit to the department or its designee the additional

29  curricula necessary to meet the Alzheimer's training

30  requirements set forth in s. 400.4178, Florida Statutes, for

31  employees of assisted living facilities. The department shall

  1  apply the training completed by employees who meet the

  2  Alzheimer's training requirements for any entity licensed

  3  pursuant to part II, part IV, part V, part VI, or part VII of

  4  chapter 400, Florida Statutes, toward the completion of the

  5  additional Alzheimer's training required in s. 400.4178,
