19 Section 7. The Department of Elderly Affairs or its
20 designee must approve the initial and continuing training
21 provided in the facilities. The department shall keep a list
22 of current providers who are approved to provide initial and
23 continuing training. The department shall adopt rules to
24 establish standards for the trainers and the training required
25 in this section.
