14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 45, between lines 28 and 29,

17  insert:

18         Section 17.  Section 334.175, Florida Statutes, is

19  amended to read:

20         334.175  Certification of project design plans and

21  surveys.--All design plans and surveys prepared by or for the

22  department shall be signed, sealed, and certified by the

23  professional engineer or surveyor or architect or landscape

24  architect in responsible charge of the project work.  Such

25  professional engineer, surveyor, or architect, or landscape

26  architect must be duly registered in this state.
