12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 75, between lines 29 and 30,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 38.  Paragraph (c) of subsection (3) of section

19  380.0651, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

20         380.0651  Statewide guidelines and standards.--

21         (3)  The following statewide guidelines and standards

22  shall be applied in the manner described in s. 380.06(2) to

23  determine whether the following developments shall be required

24  to undergo development-of-regional-impact review:

25         (c)  Industrial plants, industrial parks, and

26  distribution, warehousing or wholesaling facilities.--Any

27  proposed industrial, manufacturing, or processing plant, or

28  distribution, warehousing, or wholesaling facility, excluding

29  wholesaling developments which deal primarily with the general

30  public onsite, under common ownership, or any proposed

31  industrial, manufacturing, or processing activity or

  1  distribution, warehousing, or wholesaling activity, excluding

  2  wholesaling activities which deal primarily with the general

  3  public onsite, which:

  4         1.  Provides parking for more than 2,500 motor

  5  vehicles, excluding those vehicles that may be included in the

  6  inventory of a wholesaling facility; or

  7         2.  Occupies a site greater than 400 320 acres.
